JOIN US

Advocacy:  Provide representation for Oklahoma Anesthesiologist Assistants  (AAs) and its members regarding anesthesia related health topics that effect the well being of Oklahoma citizens.  The academy keeps track of public health issues under consideration by the State Legislature and is centered on assuring that your voice is being heard. 

Communication:  Provide a forum to promote interaction and enhanced communication between AAs and other members of the anesthesia and medical community.  

Education:  Establish and maintain the standards of the profession by fostering and encouraging education and research.  The Academy frequently advertises and participates in conferences that provide quality education, professional delevopment,  and networking for its professional members. 

Public Policy:  Disseminate useful information concerning the AA specialty to the general public and members-at-large.  

Connection:  You are connected to a larger group banded together to produce positive results for health in our region and the Anesthesiologist Assistant profession on whole.  This connectivity encourages and supports the specialization  of the Anesthesiologist Assistant.

Free Informational Services:  The association keeps members in touch with each other and updated on emerging topics relevant to anesthesia and the AA profession through the association’s web site and email.  Members remain informed about public health in the region.
